Anyone wanting a stronger core, better posture and low-impact full-body strength — from complete beginners to regular movers.

What to expect

  • Small groups so the instructor can correct and adjust you safely.
  • A guided flow on the reformer: spring resistance, controlled movement, full range.
  • Levelled classes — beginner, mixed-ability and stronger flows.
  • A short intro session first if you are new, so we set the springs and form correctly.
